Dr. Anna Pavlotsky has been practicing dentistry for more than 25 years, providing general and cosmetic dental care to patients and families in Warwick, RI and throughout the surrounding area. She takes a personal approach to dentistry, taking time to listen to her patients, understand their concerns, and discuss the options available for their care. For Dr. Pavlotsky, being a dentist means more than treating individual dental problems — it means helping patients understand the importance of their oral health and feel confident in the decisions they make about their care.
Dr. Pavlotsky's commitment to dentistry extends beyond her practice. She has shared her knowledge as a teacher and gives her time to community organizations, including the Providence Rescue Mission and Rhode Island Mission of Mercy. She is also a member of the American Dental Association, Rhode Island Dental Association, and Kent County Dental Society.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Pavlotsky enjoys traveling, gardening, hiking, going to the theater, and studying different languages. Originally from Moldova, USSR, she immigrated to the United States as a teenager and now lives in Warwick with her husband, Michael. She is also the proud mother of two adult sons.
Dr. Pavlotsky began her career in dentistry in 1982 and first trained as a dental hygienist at the University of Rhode Island, graduating from the program in 1986. She went on to earn her doctor of dental medicine degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1992. Her education and experience have given her a broad foundation in general dentistry and continue to support her approach to providing comprehensive care.
Throughout her career, Dr. Pavlotsky has remained committed to growing her knowledge and sharing it with others. In addition to caring for patients, she has served as a teacher in the dental field, helping guide the next generation of oral health specialists.
Dr. Pavlotsky provides general and cosmetic dentistry with experience across many areas of dental care. Her work at Dr. Anna Pavlotsky Family & Cosmetic Dentistry includes preventive care, restorative treatments, gum disease treatment, crowns and bridges, implant restorations, and complete and partial dentures, along with cosmetic services designed to improve the appearance of the smile. She believes patients should have a clear understanding of their treatment options, and she takes time to discuss different approaches so each patient can make informed decisions about their care.
With more than four decades in the dental field, Dr. Pavlotsky has developed a broad perspective on oral health and the ways different types of treatment can work together. Her approach is centered on addressing immediate concerns while also considering the health, function, and appearance of the smile as a whole.

New Dentist and the best I've had - Dr. Pavlotsky, the dental hygienist & receptionist were all incredibly kind & professional. They made me feel at ease & I can actually say I had a very pleasant & even enjoyable experience. As a woman recovering from a long term eating disorder, I've always had fear &anxiety to the point of tears when visiting dentist, but all of that washed away the moment I met Dr. Pavlotsky. She was kind, patient, understanding, and gave me advice as well as words of comfort. She asked all the right questions & let me voice my concerns & share my story. I felt at ease & at peace for the 1st time in my adult life, at 38 yrs old, sitting in a dentist chair! I am very happy to be a new patient and I look forward to remaining a patient there.
